All payments are made via invoice. To secure your booking, simply email Josephine with your preferred package and any specific dates you'd like to reserve. An invoice with payment details will then be sent to you directly. Please note that full payment is required to confirm your session dates.
Please email Josephine with your preferred dates for the styling sessions. Once your dates are confirmed, an invoice will be sent via email. Your booking is secured once full payment has been received, after which your styling homework and preparation details will be provided. All styling homework must be completed at least 24 hours before your online session to ensure a smooth and productive experience.
Josephine offers a full refund only for packages that have not yet commenced, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled session. Once any session has been carried out, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. No refunds or credits are available for gift certificates.
A $150 + GST rebooking fee applies for changes made within two weeks of the session date. Cancellations made under 48 hours from the session time will forfeit the session and full payment will be required to rebook. Homework must be completed 48 hours prior.
You will be required to fill out some online homework prior to your Online Style Consultation. Josephine will email you the exact details of what to expect, plan, and prepare for our sessions. Examples include wearing comfortable, easy-to-change clothing for shopping.
Sessions occur in Sydney CBD and Bondi Junction Westfield. Stores include mid-tier brands (Witchery, Country Road, Cue), high-tier options (Aje, Camilla & Marc), and designer brands upon request. Josephine does not shop at low-tier, fast-fashion retailers.
Most existing clients invest between $5,000–$10,000 (10–15 items) for the seasonal shopping budget. This range gives the flexibility to secure high-quality pieces that you can wear daily on high rotation as well as statement pieces that will elevate your wardrobe.
No, absolutely not. Unlike a lot of other stylists, Josephine does not take commission from the stores.
Yes, Josephine allows up to 2 hours to extend on the day for shopping experiences. Extended time costs $75 + GST per 30 minutes, or $150 + GST per hour.
The Online Style Consultation and the Shopping Experience need to be completed within the same week for this particular package.
No, the package amount is purely the service fees for the complete hours of the styling experience. Shopping budget is additional.
