Frequently Asked Questions
All payments are made via invoice. To secure your booking, simply email Josephine with your preferred package and any specific dates you'd like to reserve. An invoice with payment details will then be sent to you directly. Please note that full payment is required to confirm your session dates.
All new clients are required to book a complimentary 20-minute call with Josephine online before scheduling any services. This ensures I understand your goals and can confirm that my services are the right fit for your needs.
Josephine offers a full refund only for packages that have not yet commenced, provided written notice is received at least two (2) weeks prior to the first scheduled session. Once any session has been carried out, refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. No refunds or credits are available for gift certificates.
If you need to reschedule your session, a $150 + GST rebooking fee applies for any changes made within two (2) weeks of your scheduled session date. Cancellations made under 48 hours from the session time will forfeit the session and full payment will be required to rebook.
You will be required to fill out some online homework prior to your first session. Josephine will email you the exact details of what to expect, plan and prepare for, for our sessions.
Shopping takes place in Sydney CBD. Josephine avoids fast-fashion retailers, instead shopping at mid-tier brands like Reiss and Country Road, high-tier brands like Hugo Boss and Ralph Lauren, plus international designers upon request. Budget and store selections are discussed during your initial consultation.
For clothing and accessories, we suggest allowing between $9,000–$20,000 (15–30+ items) depending on your personal taste, lifestyle needs, and expectations.
NO, absolutely not. Unlike a lot of other stylists, Josephine does not take commission from the stores.
Josephine styles men of various builds. For specialised proportions like very tall or petite men, she recommends tailored solutions including custom suiting or strategic alterations to achieve proper fit.
Yes, you will be billed via invoice separately for any additional overtime incurred. Overtime rates are $75 + GST for 30 minutes or $150 + GST per hour.
No, the package amount is purely my service fees for the complete hours of the styling experience. Shopping budget is additional.
